And when he shall stand up, [a]his kingdom shall be broken, [b]and shall be divided toward the [c]four winds of heaven: and not to his [d]posterity, nor according to [e]his dominion, which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up even to be for others besides [f]those.

And the [g]King of the South shall be mighty, and one of [h]his princes, and shall prevail against him, and bear rule: his dominion shall be a great dominion.

And in the end of years they shall be joined together: for the King’s [i]daughter of the South shall come to the King of the North to make an agreement, but she shall not retain the power of the [j]arm, neither shall [k]he continue, nor his [l]arm: but she shall be delivered to death, and they that brought her, and he [m]that begat her, and he that comforted her, in these times.
